Christal Post, a seasoned dancer, embarked on her journey in the world of classical ballet, pointe, jazz, and tap under the tutelage of Tanju and Pat Tuzer from the tender age of 9. At Tuzers, she graced the stage in a plethora of iconic ballets such as The Nutcracker, Les Sylphide, Giselle, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Coppelia, and La Bayadere, among others. Her repertoire boasted enchanting roles including the Sugar Plum Fairy, Snow Queen, and the captivating Don Quixote pas de deux.

Her passion for dance led her to immerse herself in various ballet summer intensives during her high school years, including prestigious institutions such as the Joffrey Ballet, Kirov Ballet in Washington DC, and the School of American Ballet in NYC.


Transitioning into the realm of teaching, Christal began imparting her expertise at the Dance and Music Academy in Glenbrook and Edgewood locations in 2005. Her dedication extended to choreographing captivating performances for their company, catering to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels.

Returning to Dallas in 2010, Crystal expanded her influence as a dance educator across multiple studios in the metroplex. In 2012, she assumed the role of Director of Dance Magnet at Lakeview Centennial HS, where she orchestrated a comprehensive dance program encompassing various levels and an elite performance dance company.

Christal's accomplishments at Lakeview Centennial HS are a testament to her commitment to excellence. She established a dynamic dance program grounded in concert dance concepts and technique, nurturing young talents and fostering a profound love for performance. Her choreographic prowess shines through in her compelling contemporary/modern dance pieces, while her dedication to education led her to pursue a second degree in Kinesiology, applying science-based principles to enhance dance training and injury prevention.

An organized and detail-oriented professional, Christal excels in every aspect of her role, from choreography to backstage management. Her unwavering passion for dance and relentless pursuit of excellence continue to inspire the next generation of dancers under her guidance.


Christal's pursuit of excellence continued at SMU, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance under the guidance of Chair Jeremy Blanton. Here, she delved into diverse dance genres, exploring jazz with Sabrina Madison Cannon and Max Stone, Graham technique with Nathan Montoya and Larry White, and ballet with esteemed instructors such as Shelly Berg and Karen Kriete.

Joining Bruce Wood Dance in 2003 marked a significant milestone in her career, where she toured and performed extensively with the company, showcasing her talent as a versatile dancer.

Her artistic journey took her to Chicago in the summer of 2004, where she further honed her skills as a scholarship student at Lou Conte Dance Studio, under the direction of Claire Herbert. She also attained Cechetti level 1 certification and graced the stage as a featured dancer in The Portrait of Dorian Grey with the House Theater.
